Sponsor/Exhibitor – how to Register & Pay in EDAS

New User Registration:
New sponsors/exhibitors have to create an EDAS account to register and pay securely online.

The process is very similar to registering for any web site with user accounts and consists of five steps. Since it is often the first time users interact with EDAS, we also show some screenshots below.

  1. Visit the IEEE-GCC EDAS Home Page:
IEEEGCC home page for EDAS is https://edas.info/19583. When you visit the page, you will see the below login screen, if not already logged in.

If you already have an account, just login in and you will be guided to the appropriate page.

  1. Create an EDAS Account:

If you do not have an account, follow the “create an account” link (see red box above), leading to the user profile page:

You need to provide your title, name, email address, status, affiliation and country, and agree to EDAS privacy policy. It is important to select Status as “Industry (including self-employed)”. When you submit your information, if there is already an account with a similar name, you may see a list of user names:

Please check carefully and if your name is already in the list, please use that account. You can always update your email address and affiliation if needed. Having multiple EDAS accounts will lead to confusion later.

If you check the “This is not a duplicate” box and click on “Add this person”, the system checks whether it can reach your email address and sends you a password link by email. This ensures that the email address is working and that you can receive email from EDAS.

  1. Get Password Link

Usually, the password reset email with link arrives within a minute or two.

  1. Set Password and Login

Follow the link and set your EDAS password. The link will expire after about a day. However, you can always use the password recovery link on the login page to get a new link.

  1. Register and Pay

You can now log in at https://edas.info/19583 and then click on the Register link, and select relevant option as required.  Secure payment can be made using Mastercard or Visa; or by bank transfer.  If you select the bank transfer option, you will see an invoice to download.  After selecting the relevant register option you may also contact for the invoice.
